Rope Access Engineering

Rope Access Engineering provides a large range of window cleaning, facade cleaning and cleaning of complex structures. We can offer some of the most experienced local window cleaners who are proficient in high polling, pressure cleaning, EWP and BMU machine work and difficult to access glass.

Abseil Cleaning

This method gives the client a cost effective and low impact cleaning solution for most buildings over four stories. We use a mop and squeegee while abseiling to clean glass and other surface types such as marble, apolic, aluminium and metal panelling. This method gives the best results and the cleanest finish, and uses the least amount of water with under 10 litres per day per worker.

Pressure cleaning can also be done via abseil giving effective access to troublesome areas such as awnings, sun shades, pigeon nesting and complex building structures.

Elevated Work Platforms

EWP’s can sometimes provide better access to smaller buildings, internal foyers, delicate structures and large overhangs.

Water Fed Polling

Using recycled water we can clean windows up to 3 stories high. By pumping water up a pole and onto the glass while agitating the glass surface with a brush we can flush heavy dirt and grime from the glass, frames and facade surface.
