Our client, the owners of a major shopping centre, had an old and non-complaint roof access ladder which was a major risk and liability.

As a shopping centre, roof access is required frequently for maintaining essential services so there was a need for something user friendly yet safe. After on site consultation with site management, Rope Access Engineering was engaged to supply and install the new Sayfa Systems Kombi roof access stairs.

 

All works from the concrete slab, stair installation and security fencing, were installed and completed by our internal talented tradespeople.
